A GLOBAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL

With over 20 years of practicing both residential and commercial real estate law, Elise A. Redmond brings a unique element of expertise to the luxury real estate arena. Coordinating over $500 million in real estate transactions, she has developed a national reputation as a top real estate expert for buyers, sellers and lenders of the country's most sophisticated real estate matters. Elise recently expanded her professional portfolio to offer broker services to her clients. Due to her expertise in all facets of real estate transactions, extensive knowledge of residential and commercial real estate, the Lake Norman luxury real estate market and her legal background, Elise is sought out by high-end real estate investors and homeowners as well as business leaders, entrepreneurs and all major professionals.

Since graduating law school in 1996, she has been immersed in real estate. Starting out as an associate with a small real estate law firm in Charlotte, then graduating to a national law firm in Washington, D.C., Elise quickly learned the fast-paced nature and details of all that the real estate industry has to offer. Contracts, title, survey, buyers, sellers, developers, borrowers, lenders, home inspections, lending requirements, etc., she has always been intensely engaged with real estate complexities. Yet, at the end of the day, Elise understands that the real estate process is largely about bringing two parties together to accomplish a common goal. Each property is as unique as its owners and she enjoys getting to know every single one of them. Over the years, customers have asked Elise to assist in brokerage services as they wanted someone with intense industry knowledge to assist them in their acquisitions and sales - it was after careful consideration, she finally decided to expand her professional portfolio to include a brokerage service component to her clients.

Elise brings an innovative approach to lifestyle marketing and her listings reach an unparalleled audience of buyers nationwide as well as globally. Her network is expansive and is connected with the daily activities of her community as well as the activities of interested parties nationally and around the world. When buying or selling your home, Elise is able to keep her finger on the pulse of the market, knows what's available to her customers, knows how to showcase her client's home so they stand out above the crowd and knows how to get closings across the finish line.

She also represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions. Elise serves as counsel to commercial real estate developers, buyers and sellers, as well as institutional and non-institutional investors in properties located throughout the United States. In addition to her work as a partner in a major national law firm, Elise's prior legal experience includes tenure as assistant general counsel with Bank of America.

Elise earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University where she served as class president. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.
