On a Personal Note

I take the time to really get to know my clients.  Each client has unique objectives, dreams, goals and criteria in selecting (and selling) their home - I make sure to truly understand what the client is looking for and seeking to accomplish.  Having 2 children of my own, I appreciate the personal side of raising a family in a home and community that I feel good about.  Understanding the schools available as well as the other resources so vital to a family's homestead success, I am able to provide an in-depth understanding of what the Lake Norman community has to offer.

                                                                                                           Elise A. Redmond

Why Elise Expanded Her Professional Portfolio

Since graduating law school in 1996, Elise has been immersed in real estate.  Starting out as an associate with a small real estate law firm in Charlotte, then graduating to a national law firm in Washington, D.C., Elise quickly learned the fast paced nature and details of all that the real estate industry has to offer.  Contracts, title, survey, buyers, sellers, developers, borrowers, lenders, home inspections, lending requirements, etc., Elise has always been intensely engaged with real estate complexities. Yet, at the end of the day, she understands that the real estate process is largely about bringing two parties together to accomplish a common goal. Each property is as unique as its owners and Elise enjoys getting to know every single one of them. Over the years, clients have asked Elise to assist in brokerage services as they wanted someone with intense industry knowledge to assist them in their acquisitions and sales - it was after careful consideration, Elise finally decided to expand her professional portfolio to include a brokerage service component to her clients.

Community Matters

Elise has lived in the Lake Norman luxury community of The Peninsula for well over a decade, has worked closely with her community by serving on many strategic committees and built established alliances and tight nit relationships with her friends, neighbors and colleagues throughout Lake Norman, the state and the country. Elise is an extremely active Lake Norman community member,  is an active member of many advisory groups and boards, including the Peninsula Property Owners Association and is the past president of the board of The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte.  Elise also founded a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Cookies For A Cause, where she has gathered more than 500 members of her community on an annual basis to raise funds for local charitable organizations.
